1. About NDPathway
NDPathway is operated by Noble Meleka Ltd (company number pending), registered in England and Wales. NDPathway provides a platform to connect neurodivergent individuals with assessment clinics, Access to Work guidance, and specialist support workers. We are not a medical provider and do not offer diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice.
2. Screening disclaimer
The screening tools on this platform are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not diagnostic instruments. A screening result does not constitute a clinical diagnosis, medical advice, or a referral. Only a qualified clinician can diagnose a neurodivergent condition. If you are concerned about your mental health or wellbeing, please consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Acceptance of terms
By using NDPathway, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, providing accurate information in applications and forms, and using the platform respectfully. You must not share your account with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Third-party services
NDPathway connects you with independent third-party clinics, support workers, and support organisations. These providers operate independently of NDPathway. We verify credentials where possible but are not responsible for the quality, outcomes, or conduct of third-party services. Any contract for clinical assessment or support services is between you and the provider.
6. Access to Work guidance
We provide guidance on the Access to Work application process based on publicly available information. We are not affiliated with the Department for Work and Pensions. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any Access to Work application. Eligibility criteria, funding levels, and processing times are set by the government and may change without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NDPathway is not liable for the outcomes of clinical assessments or diagnoses, the quality of support provided by third-party support workers, the outcome of Access to Work or other funding applications, or any decisions made by external bodies. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this platform (text, design, code, branding) is owned by Noble Meleka Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. On closure, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
