What support workers do

Your support worker is a trained professional who helps you navigate your work day. They don't do your work for you, they help you unlock the strategies that work for your brain. From time management and task prioritisation to communication and sensory management.

Types of support available

Executive Function Coaching

Executive function strategies for ADHD, autism, and other ND profiles. Time management, focus techniques, task initiation, and accountability partnering.

Virtual Assistant Support

Admin support, scheduling, inbox management, and task organisation so you can focus on what matters.

Workplace Mentor

On-site or remote mentoring, employer liaison, workplace adjustment advocacy, and career development.

How matching works

We don't just assign you anyone. We match based on your neurodivergent profile, your industry, your working style, and your goals. You'll meet your support worker before committing, and you can change at any time.

How is this funded?

Support workers are typically funded through Access to Work, which means no cost to you as an employee. Where employers of a certain size are required to contribute towards costs (under current AtW rules, this mainly applies to organisations with 250 or more staff), we help you navigate that conversation. Your approved support package is renewed annually. Current Access to Work guidance on gov.uk.
