About NDPathway
We're building the single thread that connects the neurodivergent journey, from first questions to workplace success.
Our Mission
NDPathway was born from frustration. The neurodivergent journey in the UK is fragmented, scattered across NHS waiting lists, private clinics, government schemes, and support providers with no single thread connecting them.
We're building that thread. A single platform that guides you from 'I think I might be neurodivergent' all the way to 'I'm thriving at work with the right support.'
Why We're Different
- • End-to-end journey, not just one step
- • Clinically informed, community driven
- • Built by neurodivergent people for neurodivergent people
- • Free to use, funded through clinic and support worker partnerships
- • Privacy-first approach to your data
- • We support individuals directly, and we partner with employers who want to move faster than Access to Work allows
